SleepCoacher is an Android smartphone app that goes beyond typical sleep tracking capabilities. It helps you improve your sleep by recommending “experiments” to improve your sleep and monitors your success with each attempt. The research contributions are the self-experimentation framework, interpretability, and novel use of Thompson sampling for sleep data analysis.
